Africa Book Club makes every effort to ensure that your book purchases are shipped in the best condition and that your shipment arrives in a reasonable time frame.
If for any reason your purchase does not satisfy you, simply return the item for a prompt full refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase, provided it is still in perfect condition. Mail your return to the address below. Please include the packing slip that came with your item or a note with your name, address, and the reason for the return. Once we have received your package, we will process your refund.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by simply sending an email to our sales team.
Damaged or Incorrect Item(s)
If you wish to return an item because of an error on our part or you received something damaged, Africa Book Club will cover all costs associated with returning the merchandise.
